PERSONNEL PROFILE
Diana Goodman and Letty Morgan are the founders and co-owners of
ElderCare Resources Inc., a geriatric care management and consulting company established in 1990.
Diana and Letty have been involved professionally in the field of aging for more than 35 years,
working at Senior and Disabled Services in Lane, Lincoln, Benton and Linn Counties where they
received extensive training in all facets of public programs, including Medicaid. They are members
of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, the American Society on Aging,
the National Guardianship Association, and the Oregon Guardianship Association.
Diana and Letty have a strong commitment to the community. Diana serves as a board member for
the Laurel Hill Center, serving people with psychiatric disabilities, and was a member of
the Senior Services Advisory Council. She has participated on the Long Term Care Committee of the
Council and has also been a Court Visitor for the Lane County Probate Court. Letty served for several
years on the Board of the Alzheimer's Association, where she held several positions, including Vice
President and Education Chair. She has served as facilitator for the Senior Information Network and
for a support group for caregivers, and has made numerous presentations to civic and educational
organizations.
In addition to their volunteer activities, Letty and Diana have also provided workshops for faculty
and staff at the University of Oregon and offer in-services and trainings in the community. Diana is also certified by the National Academy of Care Managers.
Donna Courtney is an RN and Certified Case Manager on the
ElderCare Resources
staff. She has over 25 years of nursing experience, as a hospital nurse
and medical case manager for insurance, workers' compensation and
in-home care companies. Donna is knowledgeable about Medicare, the
Oregon Health Plan and commercial insurance benefits. She has
experience working with long-term care insurance companies for payments
of benefits.
