PERSONNEL PROFILE
Diana Goodman is the owner of ElderCare Resources Inc., a geriatric care management and consulting company established in 1990. Diana has been involved professionally in the field of aging for 29 years,
working at Senior and Disabled Services in Lane, Lincoln, Benton and Linn Counties. While at Senior and Disabled Services in Lane County, she worked as a relocation worker, assisting nursing home residents in moving to community settings: their own homes,
adult foster homes, residential or assisted living facilities. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, the National Guardianship Association and the Oregon Guardianship Association. Her community activities
include serving on the Laurel Hill Board of Directors for 17 years and on the Senior Services Advisory Council for 4 years. She was also a volunteer court visitor for the Probate Court.
Donna Courtney is an RN and Certified Case Manager on the ElderCare Resources staff. She has over 28 years of nursing experience, as a hospital nurse and medical case manager for insurance, workers’
compensation and in-home care companies. She is knowledgeable about Medicare, including Part D for prescription coverage, the Oregon Health Plan, and commercial insurance benefits.
Jorja Farnsworth, RN, joined ElderCare Resources in March 2008. She has over 40 years of nursing experience. Jorja spent the last 24 years at Sacred Heart Hospital where she worked as a case manager and
charge nurse in cardiac care. For nine years, Jorja was the Nurse Manager of the Progressive Cardiac Unit at Sacred Heart.
Jamie Ryley, BS, is ElderCare Resources administrative assistant/case aide. Her social work experience has been with both the elderly and individuals with developmental disabilities.
