	Adult Foster Homes provide a home-like environment for five or fewer residents in private and semi-private rooms.
	Residential Care facilities provide 24-hour care for six or more residents in private and shared rooms.
	Assisted Living facilities provide 24-hour care in private apartments with bathrooms attached.

All facilities referred by ElderCare Resources Inc. are licensed by the State of Oregon.

All facilities provide assistance with activities of daily living, including medication management, meals, housekeeping, and laundry.
