FEE STRUCTURE

ElderCare Resources Inc. is a service firm offering fee-only services. We bill in one-tenth hour increments.

Care Management/Consultation Care Management includes client visits, long-term planning, consulting, family conferences, telephone consultations, on-going monitoring, scheduling and training of caregivers.	$85.00 / hour
Guardianships/Conservatorships	$95.00 / hour
Money Management	$85.00 / hour
Nursing Care Management	$85.00 / hour
Case Aide	$45.00 / hour
After hours calls	$95.00 / hour

In addition, ElderCare Resources Inc. will also bill clients for the following:

Long distance phone calls	Exact charges
Photocopies	$0.10 / page
Facsimiles	$1.00 / page
Mileage	$0.445 / mile
Postage	Exact charges

ElderCare Resources Inc. bills monthly for the fees and expenses incurred. We may ask for a retainer for services. The retainer depends on the complexity of the care and will be applied toward future bills. These retainers are placed in our Client Trust Account. when financial restrictions occur, payment options can be discussed and arranged.
