Fee Structure
 

ElderCare Resources, Inc. is a private service firm. Hourly services are billed in one-tenth hour increments.
	Initial Consultation (ElderCare office; approx. 1 hour)	$65.00
	In-Home Assessment (Client’s home; approx. 1 hour)	$85.00
	Care management; Care planning	$85.00/hour
	Care Management includes assessments, house calls to the client, family conferences, telephone consultations, e-mail communication, coordination of services, referrals, on-going or vacation monitoring, and other related services.
	Guardianships/Conservatorships	$95.00/hour
	Money Management	$85.00/hour
	Case Aide	$60.00/hour
	After hours; weekends	Time + 1/2
In addition, ElderCare Resources Inc. also bills clients for the following:
	Photocopies	$0.10 per page
	Facsimiles	$1.00 per page
	Mileage	$0.50/mile
	Postage	Exact charges
ElderCare Resources, Inc., bills monthly for fees and expenses incurred. We may ask for a retainer for services. The retainer depends on the complexity of the care and will be applied toward future bills.
